Josh joined WattTime in May 2017 as a business development and policy analyst intern. He is an undergraduate student of economics and public policy at UC Berkeley. Josh is particularly interested in studying the intersection of economics and the environment. He is also interested in startups and innovation and has previously worked with two other Bay Area startups: EXO technologies and Breezeometer. At EXO, a company developing software solutions for inaccurate GPS, Josh led the integration with mobile apps that needed hyper-accurate GPS data from cell phones. While working with Breezometer, a company that monitors local air quality, he worked to form key partnerships to alert people with asthma when they were especially at risk. In his free time, Josh enjoys playing tennis and hiking. At Cal, he is a member of the ski club and enjoys taking weekend trips to Tahoe.
